Die dritte Lebenswoche!

Die Entwicklung der Zaubermäuse ist rasant. Die Augen und Ohren öffnen sich und die Kleinen sehen ein wenig mehr aus wie ein Hund. Etwa um den fünfzehnten Tag können sie ihr eigenes Körpergewicht tragen. Sie fangen an, mit ihren Geschwistern zu spielen und vorsichtig die Umgebung zu erkunden. Die Milchzähne brechen durch und es ist Zeit für das Futtertraining.

This is a time of rapid development. At the end of the second week you can see, that their eyes are now open and the puppies are beginning to look a little more dog-like. At some point between two and three weeks of age, puppies will begin to stand up. They begin to play with their littermates and learn about their environment. The puppy teeth begin to erupt and it is time for extra food from a bowl.
